2. What is Remy hair?

Remy hair is the top rated hair extension class indication, meaning the all hair strands' cuticles are in the same direction. Thus, the hair extensions look much more natural, beautiful and of course last longer.

3. How many bundles do I need for a full head weave?

We recommend 2-3 bundles for hair extensions from 10"-14" and 3-4 bundles for hair extensions from 16"-20". This also depends on the actual head size. Please refer to the description of each product for more instructions.

4. What if I change my mind?

OOZZ offers customers hassle free and enjoyable shopping experience , you have the right to return your purchased items for refund within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in brand new and pristine condition.

Also as part of the Consumer Protection Regulations Act 2000, certain goods by reason of their nature cannot be returned. Hair extensions are hygiene sensitive products, therefore your right to return is only valid if the hair extensions, wigs or closures have not been removed from their original packaging, are in their original brand new sealed condition and the tamper void seal, tags, packaging have not been tampered with.

Once you break any tag, seal or try them on, they will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange so please make up your mind as soon as you receive them.

How fast do you deliver?

We are an UK's store thus deliveries generally are very fast. If you placed orders by 3PM Monday to Friday, we dispatch your order same day. What if my card payment is declined?

If your payment has been declined, then you’ll need to place your order again. To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:

1) Ensure that you have entered the card details correctly, e.g. the expiry date, 3D Secure code, billing address and security code on the back of your card.

2) Your card issuer may have declined your payment - as they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them.

3) If you've checked all of the above then you might want to try paying with another card.
