Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer Returns or Exchanges
We are happy to accept 14 day returns on all our products as long as they have not been used. Due to health protection and hygiene reasons we require that they have not been worn or tampered with and include all the original tags and packaging. For premium mask sheet pack, we only accept return if the box seal is not broken.
We will also provide 30 days return for faulty/damaged goods fully complying with the EU Consumer rights directive. Please note that the respective regulations are not mandatory to follow to successfully exercise your legal right to cancel.
If I would like an exchange instead of refund?
- UK Customers
If you want to exchange for a different colour, the price of both colours must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product.
If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund or credit voucher will be processed instead, based on your request.
- International Customers
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
How to return items to OOZZ?
Please contact us either via Tel: 0800 612 6688 or Email: email@example.com prior to sending your return as we will need to approve it and provide a return address. We strongly recommend that you send your return with a tracked delivery service because we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Please note that the above do not represent an obligation for effectively exercising your right to cancel.
Do I need to pay return shipping cost?
You will need to return the goods at your own costs unless the products are faulty or damaged on arrival. If this is an international return request please do not forget to indicate on package “Returned Goods, No Duties”.
How long is return & exchange process?
Upon successful inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed. We aim to issue refund to you within 5 working days and payment will be refunded via original payment method.
If you’d like an exchange, we will send out your items within 3 working days. If you require faster delivery service, we will need to charge the shipping costs to you.

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third-party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you full products' costs that you paid for via the original payment method. Express service is not refundable. In an event of an error by us (such as faulty item, wrong item), we will refund you the original postage and return postage fee using Royal Mail Second Class Signed For service. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
