All OOZZ products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Electrical component failures under normal use
- Mechanical component failures under normal use
- Battery defects (first 6 months)
- Replacement parts and labor costs
What's Not Covered
- Damage from misuse or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from unauthorized repairs
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function
- Lost or stolen products
